And the most powerful way I know how to honour this moment or place, is through ceremony. Ceremony is our souls way of speaking, having a meaningful conversation with what is present it around us, where we don’t have to quite know exactly what we are saying, but how we saying it.
With love, intention or perhaps vision.
Or, with tears and grit, imperfection and frustration.
 
Ceremony is how we mark time, and our own system hears us.
